Job Description – Inside Sales Specialist, Commercial Operations

Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) will be responsible for managing customer-facing commercial and sales activities. Duties include but are not limited to:

Manage all incoming sales inquiries by phone, email and CRM system to provide technical and sales assistance to new and existing customers and distributors

Create, update, and maintain Leads and Opportunities in CRM, ensuring data accuracy

Prepare, issue, and communicate quotations and manage quotation-related correspondence

Facilitate all bid-related activities including document review, pricing activities, internal coordination, and submissions

Process all customer request forms such as vendor applications, Non-Disclose-Agreement (NDA), etc

Conduct follow‑up calls on existing quotations / opportunities to drive closure and address customer questions

Perform Terms & Conditions review prior to order processing including Credit Applications

Initiate system-based tasks to Back Office for order and service processing

Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales team, channel partners, Megger manufacturing facilities, and other stakeholders

Produce regular reports relating to sales, revenues, customers, etc.

Qualifications

Degree / certificate in a technical field (electrical/electronic preferred) or 4+ years of industry experience in customer service or technical sales role

Strong customer service and sales focus with the ability to take care of both external and internal customers

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Solid computer skills and experience working with CRM, quotation, and ERP systems preferably

Detail oriented and well organized with strong communication skills – written and oral
