About the Position
You'll work both directly alongside the owner and independently on a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects.
Our work includes:
- Residential framing
- Roofing
- Vinyl siding
- Window installation
- Interior and exterior door installation
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Finish carpentry and trim
- Deck and porch construction
- Flooring and tile installation
- Home additions
- Complete residential remodeling
Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to continue developing your skills while taking pride in the finished product.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has solid residential construction experience and can confidently contribute to a professional team.
Required-
- Experience with framing
- Experience installing drywall
- Experience installing windows and doors
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Strong work ethic
- Dependable attendance
- Professional attitude toward customers and coworkers
Preferred Experience-
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Roofing
- Vinyl siding
- Deck building
- Finish carpentry
- Tile installation
- Flooring
- Residential remodeling

Additional Information
Most of our projects are local, allowing you to spend less time on the road and more time at home. Employees meet at our shop each morning and travel to job sites in company vehicles using company-provided tools and equipment. A valid driver's license is required.
