- Nights full-time and part-time. We have immediate openings for Night Solo runs out of the FedEx Ground Chino, Palmdale, or Lancaster, CA Hub. Hurry before this run is filled. This position is a Dedicated/Unassigned solo run. Our runs are 7 days a week. You leave the Chino, Palmdale, or Lancaster terminal around 8:00 pm and return around 6:00 am. You make up to $1400 on a 5 day run which includes a safety bonus. You can work an additional day and make up to $300 for the day. That's up to $1400 for the week with the potential to make up to $1700 for the week. Medical and retirement available
- Purple Pony Xpress (PPX) is an extremely fast-growing independent contractor for FedEx Ground and we are in immediate need of CDL Class A, safe and reliable truck drivers out of Los Angeles County and surronding areas. FedEx Chino is one of the busiest and fastest-growing terminals in the country. You will operate between the other FedEx hubs in Southern California. Our routes are drop and hook. Associates never touch the freight. Salary is paid by direct deposit every Friday. Please do not apply unless you meet ALL the requirements:
- Class A with Doubles Endorsement
- Must have 2 YEARS of doubles experience within the last three years OR must have 5 years experience within the last 10 years.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean driving record for the last three years.
- No DUI's, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, suspended licenses.
- No accidents. (Parking tickets are ok)
- Clean background/ criminal record. No felonies or no misdemeanors. We will run a FULL background investigation.
- Must pass physical and drug test
- Legal status to work in the USA
- Must speak English
- Must be punctual, energetic and reliable
- Must be able to pass a road test including DOT pre & post-trip routine

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A vehicle for FedEx Linehaul Dedicated Run.
- Transport goods in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Ensure proper handling of freight, trailers, and dollies.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance on tractor-trailer equipment.
