Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Junk Removal Driver / Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will operate company trucks, provide excellent customer service, and safely remove and transport unwanted items from homes, businesses, and construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks and equipment.
- Load, haul, and unload furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and other materials.
- Provide outstanding customer service during every job.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of trucks.
- Lift and carry heavy items safely and efficiently.
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with sorting, recycling, and donating items when applicable.
- Accurately complete job paperwork and collect payments when required.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing 50–100+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous driving, moving, delivery, landscaping, construction, or junk removal experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Weekend availability as needed
- 5-8 hour shifts
