Paramount Truck Solutions is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team! This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow in the trucking and trailer repair industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with semi-trailer repairs and basic mechanical work
- Helping with truck uplifting and equipment preparation
- General labor tasks around the shop and property
- Groundskeeping and property maintenance
- Organizing tools, materials, and equipment
- Supporting the team wherever needed throughout the day
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanically inclined individuals with a willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual team players
- Ability to perform physical/manual labor
- Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
This is a physically demanding position that requires someone willing to work hard, stay productive, and help with a variety of day-to-day tasks. No previous experience is required we are willing to train the right person who is motivated and ready to work.
