About Us:
We are a growing restaurant looking for an energetic, creative, and outgoing team member to help increase our brand awareness, customer engagement, and local presence. If you enjoy social media, photography, marketing, and interacting with people, this could be a great fit.
Pay is $10 an hour + sales commission.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation
- Create and post engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, customer experiences, food preparation, and special promotions.
- Stay current on social media trends and apply them to restaurant marketing.
Food Photography
- Take high-quality photos of menu items, drinks, specials, and restaurant events.
- Edit and organize photos for use on social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Community Marketing
- Visit nearby businesses, events, and high-traffic areas to distribute promotional coupons and marketing materials.
- Help build awareness of the restaurant within the local community.
- Engage professionally with potential customers and represent the restaurant positively.
Email & Text Marketing
- Create and send promotional emails to customer subscribers.
- Manage SMS/text marketing campaigns, including special offers, events, and announcements.
- Track campaign performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
- Basic photography and photo-editing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching people and promoting the restaurant in public settings.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Marketing, social media, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
