Job Summary
The Education & Training Administrative Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of FBINAA education, training, and professional development programs. This role provides event logistics, registration, budget-tracking, database management, communications, and administrative support for in-person and virtual programs. The position works closely with staff, instructors, members, vendors, and partners to ensure successful program execution.
Duties
- Coordinate logistics for education and training programs, conferences, webinars, and related events.
- Manage registration, scheduling, attendee communications, and program records.
- Support presenters, instructors, and vendors before and during events.
- Maintain training databases, reports, and document-management systems.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and grant-related reporting.
- Coordinate materials, supplies, shipments, certificates, surveys, and event communications.
- Support the National Annual Training Conference, Call for Presentations process, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Assist with website, newsletter, and Speaker's Bureau updates.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes for Training Committee meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support Association programs and events.
- Travel as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Five or more years of administrative experience in a relevant role. Experience in the training and education industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational, project-management, and customer-service skills are a must.
- Experience with databases, registration systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with law enforcement, public safety, nonprofit, or membership associations is a plus.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
