We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Support Ticket Agent / Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, super strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient tech support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Tech Support Tickets: Efficiently manage and resolve tech support tickets in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diagnosing Issues: Identify and diagnose technical issues, escalating issues as necessary.
- Calling Clients/Customer Service: Proactively reach out to clients to provide support and gather information as needed.
- Receiving Tech Support Calls: Answer and handle incoming tech support calls, assisting service technicians and troubleshooting issues over the phone.
- Programming Equipment: Configure and program various equipment to meet client needs and ensure functionality.
- Assisting with Tech Issues: Provide support for tech issues within the office environment, addressing problems as they arise.
- Following Up with Clients: Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by following up on issues and providing additional assistance if needed.
- Training Clients: Educate and train clients on the use of our software and technology to enhance their understanding and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tech support.
- Experience with navigating local area networks and programming IP addresses to devices.
- Network Plus Certificate
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Experience with training or teaching clients is a plus.
