About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you are a key ambassador for our brand, responsible for exceptional customer service, Southern hospitality, and creating a positive, engaging dining experience. You'll interact with guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure our guests leave happy.
Responsibilities
- Perform FOH tasks including cashier, running food, bussing tables, take-out operations, barista, and expediter
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide attentive, personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista for timely, accurate delivery of orders
- Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests
- Keep service areas stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.
- Learn the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items
- Inform guests about promotions, special events, and more
- Engage in teamwork, express enthusiasm for growth, and uphold a commitment to excellence
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding hospitality
- Demonstrated commitment to servant leadership
- No experience required — we'll train the right people
