Rapid Investment Group is a real estate investment company in Pittsburgh — we buy single-family and multifamily properties for fix-and-flip and rental, and we're building an in-house repair crew to handle the work across our portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
- Unit turns between tenants
- Punch-list work after renovations
- Ongoing repairs and maintenance across our property portfolio
- Drywall, paint, flooring, basic electrical/plumbing, carpentry, demo, general repairs, and complete house remodels.
What we need:
- Broad skills, not a single trade — you can walk into a unit and handle 80% of what's wrong with it yourself
- 3+ years doing this kind of work
- Your own tools and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently — we'll give you the job, you figure out how to execute it well
- Track record of sticking with jobs/clients, not job-hopping every few months
Terms:
- Independent contractor (1099) — you invoice for completed work
- $25/hour, plus bonus opportunities for strong, reliable performers
- High volume of properties means steady work if you're good and dependable
- Starting immediately
