Optima Enterprises is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our Long Beach property management portfolio team on an independent contractor basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting leasing activities, performing monthly inspections of common areas, carrying out ongoing interior unit inspections, and serving notices to tenants as needed.
This position is offered as a freelance/agency relationship and is compensated on a fixed-fee basis for each service completed. This is not a commission-based role. It is an excellent opportunity for active real estate agents looking to earn supplemental income on a part-time basis or for inactive agents seeking flexible, consistent work.
Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred; however, applicants with a good understanding of Spanish will also be strongly considered.
