Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: Night Shift
Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor, assess, and document changes in residents' conditions
Perform wound care and other nursing procedures as needed
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies
Promote a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for residents
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required
Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred/required
Current BLS Certification preferred
Strong medication administration, assessment, and documentation skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities

Pay: $1,550.00 - $1,650.00 per hour
