This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas.
- Clean vacant apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality in common areas.
- Sanitize surfaces regularly using proper cleaning agents to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
