Key accountabilities and requirements for CNC OPERATOR include:
- Understanding of drawings
- Strong communication skills coworkers about project details
- Desire to develop skills in developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods
- The ability to identify needs and efficiency improvements of production to maintain and improve quality and process improvement
- We will train you in skills and understanding of 3D parametric CAD such as Solidworks or Inventor. Experience in Mastercam or other machining software or experience in CNC machining are major pluses. Experience in countertops, woodworking and/or home décor are also a plus but not required
- Ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects with or without assistance
- Your willingness to learn and dedication are the most important traits.
