Contentizer is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, providing exceptional service, and maintaining an organized checkout area. Key Responsibilities

Process cash, credit card, and electronic payment transactions accurately
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and company policies
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and credits according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
