Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Coffee Advisor Store Demonstrator to join our team in Beaverton, OR. This role involves representing a popular coffee brand through interactive product demonstrations while engaging with customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to create memorable experiences that drive brand loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop marketing skills, engage with diverse audiences, and contribute to the vibrant local community.
Duties
- Convey knowledge of the brand's various machines while encouraging sales
- Provide top notch samples and demonstrations
- Educate customers on the perks of joining the brand
- Create an inviting and engaging demonstration area
Experience/What You Will Need
- Some previous customer service/sales/retail experience
- Weekend availability
- Charismatic and inviting energy
- Professionalism and reliable work ethic
- Computer/smart phone access
Schedule: Weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 4- hour shifts, typically 12pm-4pm. Flexible schedule, this is a part-time program
Training: Paid self-study and virtual, approximately 8 hours
Pay: $35.00 per hour. PLUS – Monetary incentives based on sales
