What You’ll Do as a Call Center Representative:
Make outbound calls to homeowners using our provided warm & cold call lists
Engage in friendly, confident conversations to schedule free in-home estimates for home improvement projects (windows, doors, siding, bathrooms)
Use effective scripts to push through common objections, build rapport, and lock in appointments
Maintain upbeat, positive energy while on the phone
Hit straightforward daily goals to unlock maximum bonus potential
Track calls and appointments in our simple system (full training provided)
Contribute to lead generation and help drive growth for our business
