An Owner Operator is a self-employed truck driver who owns and runs their own vehicle — such as a Sprinter Van, Cargo Van, or Box Truck — to deliver freight for logistics companies or clients. Unlike company drivers, owner operators work independently, managing their own routes, schedules, and business operations.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to DOT standards, safety guidelines, and accurate logbook entries.
Professional Communication: Maintain positive relationships with dispatchers, brokers, and customers.
Business Operations: Manage expenses, fuel receipts, invoices, and overall operational records.
Cargo Safety: Properly load and secure all freight to prevent damage in transit.
