Job Title: Barista
Location: Edgewater Public Market
Hours: between 7 AM- 12 PM - 12 PM- 4:30 PM for week days and between 8 AM - 12 PM , 8 AM - 4:30 PM for weekends
Pay: $15 +tips

Our goal is to provide top-notch coffee drinks and impeccable customer service in a fun, young environment. Responsibilities:
- Whip up a variety of delicious coffee drinks
- Become proficient in pastry talk
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- handle cash transactions and keep the register balanced
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to the letter
- Have a sense of urgency
- follow recipes for coffee bar items and keep your station stocked
- Participate in regular training sessions and continuously improve your barista skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barista
- Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks, brewing methods
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a steam
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for coffee and a positive attitude
