About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our high-energy Call Center Team in Wichita, KS. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in remodeling projects. If you enjoy talking to people, setting goals, and being rewarded for your success, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and promptly respond to new inquiries
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners
- Schedule free, no obligation consultations with design specialists
- Maintain accurate call notes and lead information in our CRM system
- Follow up on marketing and trade show leads to qualify prospects
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Positive, energetic, and goal-driven attitude
- Reliable, organized and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Previous call center or appointment setting experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $14 per hour ($14.50 if hired for night shift) pay plus aggressive weekly & monthly bonus structure
- Note: our aggressive bonus structure is designed to enable dedicated team members to achieve annual earnings between $50,000-$80,000
- Part-Time with ability to transition into a Full-Time opportunity
- Eligible for performance bonuses
