What You’ll Do
- Diagnose & Repair: Identify electrical issues in systems—from flickering lights to complex panel failures.
- Install & Upgrade: Perform panel swaps, circuit additions, EV charger installs, and smart home integrations.
- Consult: Explain technical issues to homeowners in plain English and provide clear, upfront pricing options.
- Safety First: Ensure all work meets or exceeds local codes and NEC standards.
- Documentation: Maintain digital records of work orders, materials used, and safety checklists.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years of electrical experience.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency with electrical wiring, GFCI/AFCI troubleshooting, and main service upgrades.
- Communication: A professional demeanor. You’ll be the "face" of the company in our customers' homes.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
- The Basics: Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in crawl spaces/attics, and pass a standard background check.
