Candidates MUST have a minimum of 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience in painting and drywall within the construction industry.

Responsibilities for this job include managing anywhere from one to several jobs concurrently. Our company contracts to paint new construction multifamily projects. These projects can range anywhere from 200 to 400 units. We subcontract out the work, but our Project Managers are responsible for managing schedules, labor and materials on a weekly basis.
Candidates should be proficient in utilizing technology. We use several platforms for reporting on and managing projects.
Communication is key for this role. Candidates must have the ability to report on projects in written form on a weekly basis.
Candidates must have strong management skills. The Quality Control Technician manages several subcontractors at multiple sites, so he/she must be able to lead and direct per the constraints of time and budget.
