Riverside Recovery Resources (RRR) is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Lake Elsinore office. RRR is a drug and alcohol addiction counseling facility specializing in DUI education classes and outpatient addiction counseling programs. This is a part-time position with 6-hour shifts, 4 days per week. Please do not apply if you are not able to work this specific schedule:
Tuesdays - Thursdays: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm
Saturdays: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
Bilingual is REQUIRED (fluent in English and Spanish), as there will be necessary Spanish communication with clients. Please do not apply if you are not fluent in Spanish.
We are looking for someone who has a friendly, professional attitude and strong work ethic to provide exceptional customer service.
This position will be focused primarily on front desk reception and administration. This will include answering phones, checking clients in and out, processing card and cash payments, and scheduling client classes. This position is heavily focused on customer service, so a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude is a must.
Administrative tasks include managing client records, documenting payment transactions, organization of documents, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Type, file, sort, and process documents, reports, letters, spreadsheets, and lists
· Organize and schedule meetings, classes, and appointments
· Greet all clients, whether in person or over the phone, with a welcoming attitude
· Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to clients
· Maintain updated knowledge of basic program requirements, regulations, and laws (will be trained)
· Answer phones to provide accurate program information to the public and prospective clients
· Screen and transfer inbound phone calls as necessary
· Receive and record payments, issue receipts, and ethically monitor cash
· Count and document daily cash payments
· Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
· Assist management team with admin projects
· Provide administrative support to all staff
· Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
· Create documents and spreadsheets in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Conduct correspondence through emails in Microsoft Outlook
· Maintain an organized filing system of all records
· Maintain strict confidentiality standards in all work
· Any and all other duties as assigned
Requirements include but are not limited to:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
· Must maintain current TB test and CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained after hiring)
· At least one year of relevant administrative experience
· Excellent computer software skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Basic math skills to compile financial reports and document cash totals
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
· Ability to work well with a team
· Must maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality standards, including knowledge of HIPAA laws (will be trained)
· Must be able to operate a phone, computer, and other standard office productivity machinery and equipment such as photocopies, filing cabinets, printers, calculators, and fax machines.
· Must be able to perform routine clerical work and learn office practices, procedures, and equipment
· Must be able to professionally communicate with clients regarding their needs and program eligibility.
· Must be able to frequently listen, communicate, converse with staff members and clients, and accurately exchange information in person and over the phone.
· Must be able to use correct punctuation, grammar, spelling, and simple arithmetic calculations
· Must be able to understand and follow written and oral instruction
· Must be able to occasionally move about inside the facility
· Occasionally moves and lifts up to 15 pounds
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended amount of time (sitting at a desk)
· Consistently works in an enclosed climate-controlled environment

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
