Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that every patron enjoys their visit. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system or OpenTable as required.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to proper food handling and safety standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours such as nightclub settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal
