Duties:
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including farm machinery, construction equipment, loaders, other heavy machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
- Follow all test procedures exactly and monitor equipment for failures during testing.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a variety of equipment, including farm machinery, construction equipment, loaders, and other heavy machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
