Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing clinical team in Fayetteville, NC.

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments as appropriate under BCBA supervision
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and support to Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
- Analyze treatment data and recommend program modifications
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support high-quality clinical outcomes and ethical ABA practices
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing required
- Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
- Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
- Prior ABA clinical experience required
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Educational Qualifications
