Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized warehouse. This role supports daily warehouse operations by operating material handling equipment, using RF scanners, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process inventory.
- Verify product quantities and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift and/or order picker experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners is an asset.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
