Compliance Services is seeking dependable On-site Security Personnel to support industrial job sites between Cadiz and Scio, Ohio. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for candidates who are alert, professional, and interested in helping maintain safe and secure work environments.
Job Description
On-site Security Personnel play an important role in safeguarding people, property, and assets by monitoring premises, controlling access points, and responding to incidents. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional while following safety and security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Control entry and exit points for personnel and vehicles.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Always enforce safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: Ohio PISGS Security Guard License.
- Selected candidates are required to complete a BCI fingerprinting screen to receive their Ohio PISGS License.
Essential Skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in both outdoor and indoor conditions.
- Exposure to industrial noise, traffic, dust, flumes and operational activity.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $15.00 per hour.
