Role Description
This is a part-time (with quick growth potential), on-site role for a Barista located in Toluca Lake, CA. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee and matcha drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining inventory. The Barista will also engage with customers to ensure a positive experience at Cocoa + Cream.
Qualifications
- Proven Barista skills, 2 years of recent experience
- Customer Service and strong Interpersonal Skills – we are entering a beautiful community, we need to be thoughtful, be caring, and have service be our #1 priority.
- Effective Communication abilities
- Experience in Food Preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
