About the Opportunity
We are a fast-growing glass fabrication and wholesale distribution company with multiple business entities and ambitious expansion plans. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Corporate Controller to lead our accounting and finance functions and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support a growing, multi-entity organization.
This is a key leadership role that will work directly with ownership and executive management. The right candidate will do more than manage the books. They will help improve financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, optimize systems, support strategic decision-making, and build scalable accounting processes for the future.
We are looking for a proactive financial leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and who wants to make a meaningful impact on the growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and the general ledger.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee accounting for multiple business entities.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and banking relationships.
- Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and margin analysis.
- Improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting.
- Work with our CPA, banks, lenders, and tax professionals.
- Improve and optimize NetSuite processes and reporting.
- Support ownership with financial analysis and business planning.
- Help lead and develop the accounting team.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager.
- Strong hands-on NetSuite experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Experience with the following is highly preferred:
- QuickBooks
- Manufacturing or wholesale distribution
- Inventory and job costing
- Multi-entity accounting and consolidations
- ERP implementation or optimization
- Cash flow management and lender reporting
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Work Schedule
This position is based in our Long Beach office and requires a minimum of four days per week in person.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
