Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food prep, including chopping, portioning, and storing ingredients
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure timely preparation of orders during busy service periods
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule:
- Flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
