The Front-End Supervisor supports front-end operations by assisting with daily oversight of customer service activities, transaction accuracy, and team performance. This role ensures front-end processes are followed and contributes to maintaining an efficient and customer-focused environment.

Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing

Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies

Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations

Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently

Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operations

Basic understanding of cash handling processes
