Position Highlights:

- Home Weekly – guaranteed 34+ hour reset
- Assigned Region: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH & WV
- Full Touch Freight (roller unload—light freight, stay active)

- $1,700–$2,200 weekly average
- Paid by mile + load + unload + weekly incentives
- Unload Pay: $125 per pup
- Load Pay: $250 per trailer
- Backhaul: $35 per load
- Weekly Bonus: $125 (full availability)
CPM Based on Experience
- 0–11 months: $0.73
- 12–23 months: $0.74
- 24–35 months: $0.75
- 36+ months: $0.76
Schedule & Workload
- Home weekly (weekends not guaranteed)
- 3–5 loads per week
- ~1,500 miles weekly
- Multi?stop deliveries
- Roller unload—no heavy lifting, no loading
- You must have a safe place to park the truck
Job Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must have at least 3 to 6 months of experience driving Class A tractor-trailers towing trailers at least 40 feet in length within the last 3 years. A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), a satisfactory background check, and a solid work history are required. We also accept older Class A tractor-trailer experience dating back up to 10 years.
Please note that candidates may not have more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months. If you have frequently changed jobs, we will not be able to assist you, as we seek drivers with a history of holding between 4 and 7 jobs in the past 3 years.
We are willing to hire drivers under contract if they can provide verification of their driving experience.
IMPORTANT: We do not hire SAP drivers. If you fall into this category, please do not apply.
Wage Range: 1700.00 - 2200.00 per week
