JOB
This position is responsible for assisting in the personal cares of the residents of Lakeland Health Care Center (LHCC) based on the interdisciplinary plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Unit RN or LPN.
**Currently hiring for AM, PM & NOC Shifts****Currently hiring Full-Time, (PM & NOC Shift Only) & Part-Time positions****Additional $2/hr. SHIFT PREMIUMS and $2/hr. WEEKEND DIFFERENTIALS may apply.** **In addition, up to an additional $10/hr. for Crisis Shift Pay Premium on designated shifts.**
Shift Hours
AM Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
PM Shift :2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
NOC Shift : 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Provide resident focused compassionate support with activities of daily living in accordance with assigned resident's plan of care.
