Packaging: 5am-3pm or 3pm-1am M-F-NO WEEKENDS!
We are seeking dedicated and reliable General Laborers in Assembly and Packaging to join our manufacturing team! 1st and 2nd shifts available. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production team, supporting various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic industrial environment while contributing to the creation of quality products.
Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly line operations, including hands on assembly and handling of components
- Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials within the facility
- Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly.
- Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and material movement
- Follow Blueprints and specifications to support manufacturing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with safety standards
- Support shipping activities such as packaging components.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently
- Qualifications
- Prior construction or manufacturing experience or packaging experience preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous.
- Ability to read tape measure.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools and pneumatic tools
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical instructions
- Physical ability to perform 50lb lifting and manual handling tasks regularly
- Understanding of safety standards in production environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively on both first or second shifts in a fast-paced setting
