About the Role
As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our aerospace manufacturing operations by ensuring the integrity and compliance of critical technical records. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality assurance, facilitating seamless audits, and supporting the delivery of precision components for advanced aerospace programs.
Responsibilities-
Validate AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to ensure total compliance with rigorous industry standards.

Curate comprehensive quality data packs, including material traceability and process certifications, to guarantee product integrity.

Manage the submission of technical documentation through various customer-facing aerospace portals.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to retrieve and organize records necessary for internal and external quality audits.

Monitor document lifecycles and revision controls to maintain an accurate and audit-ready Quality Management System (QMS).

Streamline communication with stakeholders to resolve documentation discrepancies and meet strict delivery timelines.

High school diploma or equivalent.

2-3 years of experience in quality control or technical documentation within a manufacturing or aerospace setting.

Demonstrated proficiency with AS9102 standards and electronic data submission systems.

Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex record-keeping tasks.

Associate degree or relevant certification in a technical field.

Working knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management Systems.

Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP software such as SAP or Oracle.

Prior involvement in supporting third-party or regulatory quality audits.

Experience utilizing SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
