Responsibilities
- Deliver structured swim lessons for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced
- Teach essential water safety skills
- Instruct swimmers of all ages with patience and adaptability
- Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to improve technique and confidence
- Monitor participant progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
Qualifications
- Personal experience in swimming or related water activities, with a passion for teaching
- Knowledge of all four competitive swimming strokes
- Enthusiasm for working with children and families
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse learners
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:15 PM
- Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Closed Sundays — no late nights on weekends
