Top Pay offered $22-$35 BOE
Position Duties:
- Place, pour, level, and finish concrete for commercial and residential construction projects.
- Prepare job sites by setting forms, grading, and installing reinforcement materials.
- Operate hand and power tools, including screeds, floats, trowels, and power trowels.
- Perform flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, foundations, curbs, and other concrete applications.
- Apply surface finishes, expansion joints, and curing compounds to ensure a quality finish.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, measurements, and construction specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA safety standards.
- Work effectively with crews to complete projects on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Perform concrete repairs, patching, and finishing as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 75 pounds.
