Graham C-Stores Company is a third generation family owned petroleum industry. Its roots began in the home fuel oil business in 1922. In time, the business has grown to 26 gas station/convenience store locations throughout the Chicago area suburbs including Munster Indiana. Our goal is to provide the utmost customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service and products to the communities we serve. In that, we are looking for quality customer service representatives to join our Company to be a part of our team.
Position Title: Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the gas station convenience store.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure inventory control and monitor stock levels for efficient supply management.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and address concerns promptly.
- Monitor and enforce safety and security procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in convenience store or retail management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting.
- Familiarity with gas station operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current automobile insurance.
- Current automobile registration.
