Key Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with established procedures and production schedules.

Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance and product quality.

Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Perform routine equipment checks to identify potential mechanical issues or safety concerns.
-
Conduct basic preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment as required.
-
Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and operational guidelines.
-
Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
-
Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Assist with machine changeovers and setup as needed.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to meet production goals.

High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
-
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
-
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
-
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
-
Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-
Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
-
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
-
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
This position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Full-time; schedule may vary depending on plant needs

1st Shift: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:45 pm – 7:15 am
- Overtime may be required based on production demands; including Saturdays.

The starting hourly rate for this role is $18.00 per hour.
