What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in creating an outstanding patient experience by:
- Greeting patients with professionalism and warmth
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
- Answering phone calls and assisting with patient inquiries
- Explaining insurance benefits and coverage
- Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate patient records
- Collecting payments and assisting with front office operations
- Helping patients stay on track with their treatment plans
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
