Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic automotive repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition through expert collision repair, bodywork, and refinishing. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and aesthetics. Duties
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced hand tools and power tools and Frame machine.
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication skills to restore vehicle frames and panels accurately.
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto restoration projects, and assembly work to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, parts used, and customer specifications for quality control and transparency.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair preferred.
- Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, sheet metal fabrication, and the use of various hand and power tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair, auto painting, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service principles is a plus.
- Experience with auto restoration projects or heavy lifting tasks demonstrates versatility in handling diverse repair challenges.
- Knowledge of auto body repair standards, auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying, and welding processes is essential.
- Prior work involving auto glass replacement or assembly tasks will be highly valued.

Pay: $26.43 - $31.83 per hour
