Position: Junior Varsity/Varsity Assistant Football Coach
Location: Mason Consolidated Schools
Reports to: Athletic Director

Summary: Assist JV and Head Varsity coach in cultivating an athletic
program that instills into every student athlete hard work, discipline,
and integrity, while fostering traditions and community support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Coaching Experience preferred
- Demonstrated patience and attention to detail
- Proven ability to run practices and help with youth programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of organization, techniques, and
drills
- Professional in personal conduct and actions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
