We're seeking a Part-Time Gymnastics CoachShift Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident coaching preschool and school-age gymnastics classes while also being comfortable taking responsibility for the overall flow of their shift.
You'll be more than a coach-you'll be someone the team can count on to keep things organized, positive, and running smoothly.
Coach

Lead engaging, age-appropriate gymnastics classes for preschool and school-age children

Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where every child can build confidence and skills

Adapt your coaching style to different ages, abilities, and learning needs

Follow established curriculum and safety practices

Build positive relationships with children and families
Manage the Shift

Serve as a point person during assigned shifts

Help ensure classes, staff, and transitions run smoothly

Support and communicate with other team members throughout the shift

Help address day-to-day questions or issues as they arise

Keep the facility organized, welcoming, and ready for classes

Communicate important information to management and the team
We're looking for someone who is:

Confident leading a class and comfortable working with both preschool and school-age children

Reliable and accountable-when you're scheduled, the team can count on you

Organized and proactive-you notice what needs to happen and take action

A strong communicator who works well with children, families, and coworkers

Adaptable and comfortable handling the unexpected

Positive and encouraging, with a genuine interest in helping children succeed

Comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities while still being a hands-on coach
Previous gymnastics coaching experience is strongly preferred. Leadership, childcare, education, recreation, or related experience is a plus.
Part-time | $25–$30/hour
Your rate will be based on relevant experience, coaching ability, and leadership experience.
