About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing electrical projects, building client relationships, overseeing field operations, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial electrical construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Procure materials and equipment while maintaining project budgets.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and regular progress meetings.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Monitor labor productivity and project profitability.
- Support field superintendents and foremen throughout project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial projections.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
- Experience with projects ranging from $500,000 to $20M+ preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and NEC requirements.
- Experience managing healthcare, industrial, data center, education, multifamily, or commercial projects is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, Viewpoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar software preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- OSHA 30 Certification

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
