Crown Point Health Suites is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our floor team in Lubbock. CNAs in this role handle hands-on daily care routines for residents across our 108-bed facility. You will work directly alongside floor nurses and nursing aides throughout each shift.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assistance with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Assist residents with daily transfers and scheduled mobility.
- Answer call lights promptly to maintain resident comfort and safety.
- Document daily vital signs and routine care metrics accurately.
- Maintain clean resident rooms and keep hallways clear of obstacles.
- Report any changes in resident status directly to the charge nurse.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hr, scaling upward with experience
- Schedule: 12-Hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) on a rotating schedule

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
