We are looking for a Deburring Manager to join our growing team in Stevensville, MD.

PURPOSE: The Deburring Manager oversees daily deburring and finishing operations, ensuring parts meet quality standards and production timelines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate deburring, polishing, and finishing operations
- Lead, train, and mentor deburring team members
- Ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Review prints and work instructions to guide team workflow
- Establish and maintain efficient deburring processes and workflows
- Coordinate priorities with production, machining, and quality departments
- Monitor productivity and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
- Ensure compliance with MOSH/OSHA safety regulations
- Hands-on deburring, polishing, and bench work operations
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of deburring techniques, hand tools, and finishing processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Leadership and team supervision experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift 20–50 pounds occasionally and 10–25 pounds frequently
- Ability to work safely and productively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time – walk, push, pull, reach overhead, lift and exert up to 50 lbs. of force.
Visual acuity: Must be good enough to perform tasks in a safe and productive manner.
Working conditions: Employee is subject to same conditions as other employees working in our machine shop environment and therefore needs to be aware of the fact that he may need safety glasses, steel toe shoes, ear plugs, dust masks, gloves, etc. when required.
