The Dining Room Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, continued profitability and quality goals. This person also ensures an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintains high production, cost controls, quality, cleanliness and customer service standards. Ability to schedule and maintain a well-trained labor force while controlling labor cost.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- Extensive food, liquor, wine, beer and beverage knowledge
- Strong yet fair leadership with both motivational and creative people skills
