Overview
We are a growing restoration and reconstruction company seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Craftsman to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and has experience across multiple construction trades.

Duties
- Perform a variety of residential and light commercial construction repairs.
- Complete finish carpentry, baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, and trim installation.
- Install cabinets, hardware, shelving, and other finish materials.
- Perform drywall repairs, taping, texturing, and patch work.
- Install flooring, including LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile repairs.
- Complete painting, caulking, and finish work.
- Perform minor framing, demolition, and reconstruction as needed.
- Install fixtures, accessories, and finish materials.
- Read work orders and complete projects according to company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential construction or remodeling experience preferred.
- Experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish work.
- Restoration or insurance repair experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and safely operate construction tools and equipment.
