Duties
- Lead by example in operations, customer service, and equipment use
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficiency and timely service
- Monitor performance and implement improvements where needed
Skills & Experience
- Ability to lead with kindness and effectiveness
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Team-focused mindset with leadership capabilities
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
- Hours: 30–40 per week
- Job Types: Full-time,
- Shifts: Day shift, Morning shift, no nights
- Work Days: Monday–Saturday,
Requirements
- Experience:
- Moving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
- Commute: Must be able to commute to 115 Saint Joseph Lane Downingtown Pa
